I just want to write a quick note about how good of service I've had with your company. Your cars are ALWAYS clean and very nice. I always get nothing but the BEST treatment. I genuinely appreciate your drivers treating me with respect.
They ALWAYS get out and help you with your bags, and NEVER complain about a tip.

To Whom it May Concern:

I wanted to take a moment to let you all know what a great job you are
doing.  You are by far the best taxi service I have used since moving to
Chicago.  I travel often for work and most of the time have to take a taxi
home from O'Hare which is about 40 miles.  Yesterday was the first time I
have used Taxi 7 and I was very impressed.  The reservation process was very
easy and I did not have to wait very long upon arrival for the driver to
come.  The driver was very professional and helpful (I believe his name was
George?).  He was very familiar with the area and was able to take an
alternate route to avoid traffic and really cut down on the travel time. 

I have your business card in my wallet and hope to have the same experience
every time I need a taxi service!
